I become a gold member twice. It’s unreasonably expensive. I appreciate them taking extra step towards safety measures, but some restrictions are unnecessary and confusing. I had to put my step down to get things working

£70 for 3 months??? Have you lost it muzmatch! I used to be a regular subscriber when you charged £35 for 3 months, I will not subscribe again until you lower your price, in the meantime I will carry on paying salams matrimonial app. What a bad move!

Terrible customer service. Someone called Layla hasn’t replied to 5 follow up messages and its been 2 weeks. They simply shut your account for no reason whether you paid for a gold membership or not. Disgusting company with no morals

Extremely appalling it’s a waste of time & waste of money! I been on this app for years and there are a lot of fake profiles, scams, men who are there just to fool around! And Muzz is clearly not owned by Muslims as it is not a Allah fearing app it’s just another dating app to collect money. Be aware as this app is nothing but a waste of time…

I wish I can give this app zero stars. This app is nothing but a cash grab. Do not bother wasting a penny on it. I sent chat requests to so many girls just to get rejected and ghosted. Also many of the people on this app claim to smoke and drink. I thought this was supposed to be a halal dating app. Why does it even allow such options?

The application is a legitimate theft project, the goal is purely financial. Please be aware of donating through the application. Also, the rating can be seen. It did not even get 1 out of 5

The first issue is that they operate in Pakistan and call Qadiyanis as Muslims which is not only against our law but also against Islamic spirit of Khatm e Nabuwat.
Secondly, if someone ignores this thinking that they follow their country law regarding this issue and still continues, they still have a lot to answer in the below reviews.... and I can relate to some as well.

The men can send rude and disgusting messages to the Muslim women . As a woman i have reported this to muzz but surprisingly they get a warning . But when a Muslim woman stands up for herself on this app muzz her account is blocked . It's okay for the men on this app to use disgusting language . Please my Muslim sisters do not register on muzz.

My app for muzz suddenly stopped working,no matter how many tried i tried to login,the message appears" Muzz has stopp" and then it disappers.
I tried to email them but no one is bothering to respond.

My friend found someone he liked but she turned out fake,she asked for money and he knew straight away fake.The owners allow scammers on this site be very careful.

My brother filled out a profile. He paid for one month plus paid to get his profile reviewed by a coach. He was on the app for only two days. Then they blocked him which we were ok with as long as we get our refund. We signed up on the app since Nov 2022 and we are still getting charged on our credit cards. We asked them to refund us non stop but they don't even take the initiative to answer. Worst service no rules, no outline of how a client can get refund or speak to someone. Just taking people's money and not listening to clients. Worst service ever

Fake profiles being created every day. I spotted two profiles which I favourited. Both have different names, nationalities, cities of residence, job titles, and even ages (30yrs and 40yrs). BUT…then i compared each profile’s photo (only one photo available for each) - and it is precisely the same person. Only differences are the hair, the camera angle, and a small mole which was either added or removed.

I find this really hard to explain. Presumably the app just wants to keep the consumer engaged / addicted / hopeful. And so they create these fake profiles either themselves or through third parties who get some benefit.

Am I merely speculating? I am not - I am merely deducing ;)

Why else would anyone create two different accounts with details that are so far apart ? And why would that person always happen to be good looking and upload a single picture?

All the changes made seem to be to make more money rather than actually help people. The rates of getting any perks are not really worth it.

If I could give a 0 star ⭐️ then I would.

This is just full of fake profiles and no verifications at all.

Anyone can bypass their security and become members and which is one someone tried to scam me by using someone else’s pictures.

There’s something called “ love scam” and this is what I was about to face. Thank god I find out and removed that friend.

You need to be very careful if you share your personal information on this application.

All your details can be used against you.

I would give 0 star if theirs an option here it’s full of fake profile there is so many likes from woman you will get before your subscription just to make you subscribe after you did subscription all the woman disappears it means most of profile on muz is run by their own people just to show you their is 1000s people on muz just to take your money also theirs a option to set the country you preferred the person from and I put UK 🇬🇧 only but I get likes and views from world wide they will block you with out telling you what is wrong you have done this happens if you are a subscriber it means they already took your money £29,99 for one month if you don’t subscribe they don’t block you they just don’t care what your doing on the app theirs a boost option which you have to pay £7 for 24 hours what it means they will put your profile on 100s of people profile screen soon as they open their app they will see you even they are scrolling muz is showing boost customer that loads of people viewed you just because of boost which is a scam ni wonder they had to change their name from muzmatch to muz ! So everyone I will say if you have loads of money to waste then join muz and waste your money you will get nothing from it . Thank you everyone for reading my review
